Areas of Application
Due to its elastic properties and high continuous temperature resistance, Elan-tron® SK 66V2-68 is primarily used for potting coil ends, winding heads, and components subjected to thermal shock. In addition, the material is highly suitable for vibration damping of shock-sensitive components.
Special Advantage: In its cured state, the silicone can be mechanically removed for repair purposes of the potted component and then easily repotted.
