Our corporate philosophy and values
As a long-established partner in the electrical machine and transformer manufacturing industry, we at Seipp view sustainability as the core of our business model. This principle has guided our daily actions for over 75 years. Especially in the repair and maintenance of electric motors, we make an active contribution to resource conservation. This extends the life cycles of valuable components, reduces the need for new production, saves raw materials, and minimizes energy consumption in the manufacture of new motors.
Environmentally conscious action
Our commitment to the environment is evident in various areas. We have invested in modernizing our building infrastructure to increase energy efficiency, for example through improved insulation and the use of LED lighting. We promote conscious energy use through continuous awareness-raising among our employees. We have reduced the use of packaging materials and are increasingly relying on recycled and biodegradable alternatives. We also consistently use second-use cardboard boxes and have optimized our waste prevention and recycling processes. By digitizing our internal processes, we have significantly reduced paper consumption. We have also optimized our logistics by intelligently planning transport routes and consolidating shipments to reduce fuel consumption and emissions.
