Moulding, using specially developed tools, is used to produce slotted cover caps in various sizes from highly heat-resistant insulating materials. These heat stamped deck sliders will not change their U-shape during storage in cold or humid areas.
Due to the exceptional mechanical strength of the cover slides and the thin insulating layer, there is more space for the winding. Due to the robust shape, a time-saving insertion of the groove sealing caps is possible without bending.
The groove sealing caps, which can be supplied by the meter in bundles of 100 m, are particularly characterized by high precision and dimensional stability. Due to their rigidity, they can be used mainly where electric motors have to be wound with a high slot filling. Cutting to the desired length can easily be done with normal hand scissors.
