Elmotherm® 2340/70
Application:
Impregnation of transformer and motor developments at operating temperatures up to 220°C. High solids content in delivery form (therefore can be used as a "high solid" system), can be diluted with water up to 15% solids content. Soaking by dipping, rolling or flooding (not suitable for VPI systems).
Description:
Insulating material class: depending on drying: B (130°C), F (155°C), H (180°C), (TI 200°C - 220°C)
Drying: ~2-12 hours at 110°C to 150°C, depending on the size of the object and the insulation class to be achieved
Color: dark amber
Container size:
Elmotherm 2340/70: R EL 2340/70-20 in a 20 kg drum and R EL 2340/70-200 in a 180 kg drum
Dilution: water
Special features:
- low emissions of organic solvents
- good resistance to solvents and solvent fumes
- Can be used for different insulation material classes
