Description
B DMD is a non-woven polyester non-woven laminate. When producing the laminate, a high-temperature-resistant adhesive system is used that encloses and protects the film. The coating is applied very evenly and at high temperatures. The impregnation achieves a 100% coating with a resin of heat class H (180°C). The fleece used is suitable for high temperatures and has very good absorbency. This is particularly important for even absorption of soaking agents. Melting is impossible up to 180°C. B DMD is well compatible with conventional impregnation resins. For B DMD we use a heat stabilized polyester film to reduce shrinkage at 155°C.
