Polypress:
Electrical insulation of thermal class B up to 130°C.
Polipress is a composite of pressboard and polyester film. The film thickness of the polyester film and the pressboard thickness is variable depending on the thickness of the overall composite.
The combination with polyester gives pressboard a significantly higher tear resistance with good flexibility and electrical properties.
Politrix:
Electrical insulation of thermal class B up to 130°C.
Politrix is a further development of the Polipress D. With Politrix, the thickness of the kraft paper web remains the same, while the inner layer of polyester changes. This achieves a higher mechanical and electrical effect. The good soaking agent absorption through the kraft paper remains. The sometimes problematic moisture absorption of the pressboard and the resulting tendency to curl is avoided.
