The polyester film is ideal for use as an insulation material. With the appropriate choice of impregnating resins or impregnating varnishes, all types of electric motors up to thermal class B can be insulated. The film is characterized by high electrical breakdown strength, good chemical resistance and high heat resistance. It is very flexible and mechanically stable.
