Beschreibung
Elan-tron® PU 1645 is a solvent-free, hydroxyl-containing polyether with added fillers. The associated hardener Elan-tron® PH 4900 is an aromatic isocyanate with a brown-transparent color.
Application areas:
Small transformers, converters and pressure-sensitive assemblies in general.
Characteristics:
- hard molding material
- low shrinkage
- low processing viscosity
- good dielectric properties
- good adhesion
- Insulation class B (130°C)
Curing conditions:
- at room temperature 24 hours
- alternatively 4 hours at room temperature and 4 hours at 80°C
Container sizes:
Resin: R PU 1645-1 in 1 kg container and R PU 1645-25 in 25 kg container
Hardener: R PU 4900-1 in a 1 kg container and R PU 4900-10 in a 10 kg container and R PU 4900-35 in a 35 kg container
