Description:
54354 has a backing made of laminated polyester film and special crepe paper. This results in high mechanical strength and excellent insulating properties. The tape forms well on uneven surfaces and withstands high mechanical stress. It is largely resistant to impregnating agents and most solvents. This resistance can be increased at 120°C (3 hours) or 150°C (1 hour) by preheating.
