General Return Policy

SEIPP strives to offer you high-quality products and reliable service. For most of our items, we grant a 14-day right of return subject to the conditions listed below.

Return Process:

  1. Register Return (Recommended): For quick and smooth processing, we provide a return form in your customer area (after logging in). Please use this preferably for your request.
  2. Written Contact: Alternatively, the customer is obliged to contact SEIPP in writing within 14 days of receipt of goods and request a written return authorization.
  3. Return Authorization Required: Returns without prior written approval by SEIPP will not be accepted.
  4. Condition of Returned Goods: The items to be returned must be in original, unused, and resalable condition, including all original packaging and accessories. Since SEIPP exclusively sells new goods, compliance with this condition is essential for a successful return.

Exceptions to the Right of Return:

Please note that returns are excluded in the following cases (this does not affect your statutory warranty rights):

  • Items marked with the note "Prepayment, return excluded" on the order confirmation, delivery note, or invoice.
  • Items marked as "Non-stock item, return excluded" and thus procured specifically for the customer.

Refusal of Unauthorized Returns:

SEIPP reserves the right to generally refuse acceptance of unauthorized returns.

Processing Fee for Approved Returns (Except for Defects):

For approved returns that are not based on a faulty delivery by SEIPP, a processing fee of 25% of the net goods value will be charged for inspection, processing, and restocking.

Special Provisions for Hazardous Goods:

When returning items classified as hazardous goods, the customer is responsible for the proper labeling of the shipment in accordance with relevant hazardous goods regulations. Transport documents must be marked accordingly to ensure safe handling by the commissioned logistics service providers.
