Construction:
The glass fabric consists of alkali-free E-glass. It is fully braided on modern braiding machines and has a wall thickness of 0.2 mm to 0.8 mm, depending on the inner diameter and/or construction. In the next step, the glass fabric tube is cut to size (rounded) according to the inside diameter.
Impregnation:
The impregnation consists of high-quality, hydrolysis-resistant LSR rubber, which, depending on the wall thickness and breakdown voltage, is connected to the glass fabric hose in several work steps. The flame-retardant silicone rubber does not melt when burned and does not develop any toxic gases.
