By shaping with specially developed tools, notch cover form sliders of various sizes are manufactured from high heat-resistant insulating materials. These hot-stamped form sliders do not change their U-shape during storage in cold or humid environments.
Due to the exceptional mechanical strength of the form sliders and the thin insulating layer, more space is available for the winding. The robust form allows for time-saving insertion of the notch cover caps without bending.
The notch cover caps, available in rolls of 100 meters, are characterized by high precision and shape stability. Their rigidity makes them particularly suitable for use where electric motors need to be wound with high slot filling. Cutting to the desired length can be easily done with a regular pair of scissors.
