Impregnating varnish Elmotherm® UF 92 (N)
Application:
Soaking windings in transformers, motors, generators and centrifuges. Application in mining and shipping. Suitable for low temperature applications (down to -196°C). Both the paint and the thinner are free of aromatics and halogen and can therefore be described as particularly environmentally friendly.
Soaking by dipping, rolling or flooding.
Description:
Insulation class: H (180°C) (TI 200°C - 220°C)
Drying:
6 hours at 130°C or 4 hours at 150°C or 2 hours at 160°C
Viscosity:
at 25°C DIN cup 4 mm approx. 75 sec. ~ 310 mPas
Color: yellowish, transparent
Container sizes:
Impregnating varnish Elmotherm® UF 92 (N): R EL UF 92-20 in a 20 kg container or R EL UF 92-200 in a 180 kg drum
Thinner R V 241-5 in a 5 kg container or R V 241-20 in a 20 kg container
