Original Eze-Hubs® Aluminium: High-Strength Taper-Lock Bushings
The Original Eze-Hubs® made of Aluminium are the heavy-duty solution for our aluminium fan blades (Series AF). Manufactured from robust die-casting, these Taper-Lock bushings guarantee an extremely resistant connection between the motor shaft and the fan. They are ideal for applications requiring high thermal and mechanical stability.
Maximum Robustness and Flexibility
Thanks to the special hollow shaft cone, these aluminium hubs enable damage-free mounting even under demanding conditions.
- Extreme Stability: Aluminium die-casting is significantly more resistant than plastic and lighter than sand casting.
- Individually Customizable: The unbored version ("0er-Hubs") is variably re-borable for special shaft dimensions.
- Economical: Reduces capital tied up in inventory, as one AF fan can be combined with various hub sizes.
- Damage-Free Disassembly: No puller required – the system protects the shaft and fan from damage during replacement.
