Application:
Elan-tron® PU 4025 is used for casting mechanically sensitive components that must not be exposed to shrinkage pressure loads (e.g. volume contraction caused by temperature changes) or that are composed of different materials with different thermal expansion coefficients. In these cases, the casting compound can avoid or compensate for disruptive material tensions. Elan-tron® PU 4025 is also well suited for components in highly accelerated tools (e.g. hammer drills), in vehicle technology (automotive electronics) and in sensor technology. The elastic properties of the casting compound result in good vibration damping.

Hardener: R PU 4900-1 in a 1 kg container and R PU 4900-10 in a 10 kg container and R PU 4900-35 in a 35 kg container
