Sign embossing machines SPG
Embossing device for marking nameplates and rating plates with frequently changing text. Suitable for brass, aluminum, and iron plates. The embossing wheel is available in digit heights from 1–5.5 mm and can be engraved with the numbers 0–9, the letters A–Z, and four characters. The spacing between digits is adjustable by pressing the left lever. The line spacing is adjusted using the left knob. The embossing itself is achieved by a light tap by hand. The weight of the embossing pusher makes this tap so light that any worker can operate this device without additional striking tools. The wheels on both devices can be quickly interchanged, allowing, for example, different digit heights to be used with additional wheels.
