In electric motor and transformer construction, to protect electrically, thermally and mechanically stressed components as well as in machine, plant and apparatus construction.
Construction:
The glass fabric consists of alkali-free E-glass. It is fully braided on modern braiding machines and has a wall thickness of 0.2 - 0.8 mm depending on the inner diameter and/or construction. In one operation, the glass fabric tube is cut to size (rounded) according to the inside diameter.
Impregnation:
The impregnation consists of high-quality, hydrolysis-resistant PUR impregnation lacquers, which are connected to the glass fabric hose in several work steps, depending on the wall thickness and breakdown voltage.
