Through our contribution to the repair and maintenance of electric motors, we also actively contribute to resource conservation and extend the life cycles of valuable components. This reduces the need for new production, saves valuable raw materials, and minimizes the energy consumption associated with manufacturing new motors.

Energy Efficiency – An Integral Part of Our Infrastructure:

• Modernized Building Infrastructure: We have already invested extensively in energy-efficient technologies for our building. This includes improved insulation, the use of energy-efficient heating and cooling systems, and the complete conversion of our lighting to energy-saving LED technology.
• Optimized Energy Consumption: Through continuous awareness measures, we promote conscious and economical energy use among our employees throughout the company, which has led to a sustainable reduction in our consumption.

 

Resource Conservation and Consistent Waste Management:

• Reduced Use of Packaging Materials: We have already significantly reduced the use of packaging materials and increasingly rely on environmentally friendly alternatives such as recycled and biodegradable materials for our products.
• Established Second-Use Cycle for Shipping Cartons: As an active contribution to resource conservation, we consistently use second-use cartons for our deliveries. Thanks to an established network of partners, these cartons are given a second life cycle, significantly reducing the need for new packaging materials.
• Practiced Circular Economy: We have optimized our processes to effectively avoid, reduce, and, wherever possible, reuse waste. Careful separation and consistent recycling of valuable materials are firmly anchored in our operational procedures.
• Significant Paper Reduction through Digitalization: By successfully implementing a Document Management System (DMS), we have digitized our internal processes and thereby already significantly reduced paper consumption in our company.

 

Environmentally Conscious and Optimized Logistics:

• Intelligent Transport Route Planning Implemented: By using intelligent systems, we already plan our transport routes as efficiently as possible, leading to a significant reduction in our fuel consumption and associated emissions.
• Shipping Processes Optimized for Consolidation: We have optimized our shipping processes to effectively consolidate shipments. This has already enabled us to reduce the number of individual shipments and thus measurably decrease our CO2 emissions in the logistics sector.

 

Committed and Environmentally Conscious Employees:

• Regular Sustainability Training Established: We conduct regular training sessions on sustainability topics for our employees and have created a strong awareness of environmentally friendly behavior in everyday work.
