The fan blade of the CS series is a yellow, mechanically stable polypropylene casting of different sizes with a fixed inner diameter. Bushes with different inner diameters for different shaft diameters can be pressed into this.

The ingenious design allows for a wide variety of adaptations from just a few fan blade sizes to a large number of motors of different sizes with a wide variety of motor shafts.
The flat design of the yellow fan blade also allows it to be used in motors with relatively short shaft ends. The fan blade material is soft, so that individual blades can also be trimmed. The height of the fan blade can be reduced by another 10% by processing the material.
The wing has a secure 3-point jaw chuck, which guarantees secure, centric mounting of the bushings and smooth running. 12 wings with large surfaces guarantee an optimal air volume flow.
Application:
The yellow fan blade has been used widely and successfully in engine construction for 30 years. The socket assembly on both sides adjusts the distance between motor housing and fan and enables individual adjustment of different motor brands.
Various standard sockets are available. If the standard drilling does not match, a complete bearing can be turned out as required. Any existing keyway must be pried out.
